Here is the PDF from their site saying that the govt was spying on everyone. Whistleblower had 47 hard drives of documents of spying.
Comey "buried" it... This is really bad if true. No wonder feinstein looked like she was punched the the stomach.

So what does all of this mean. Who will be in trouble because of this.

I'm assuming Comey and the FBI...

Montgomery left the NSA and CIA with 47 hard drives and over 600 million pages of information, much of which is classified, and sought to come forward legally as a whistleblower to appropriate government entities, including congressional intelligence committees, to expose that the spy agencies were engaged for years in systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans, including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen such as Donald Trump, and even yours truly. Working side by side with Obama's former Director of National Intelligence (DIA), James Clapper, and Obama's former Director of the CIA, John Brennan, Montgomery witnessed “up close and personal” this “Orwellian Big Brother” intrusion on privacy, likely for potential coercion, blackmail or other nefarious purposes.

There's a reason nobody was willing to challenge Obama. He blackmailed his opposition.

My favorite conspiracy theory that I think has legs is that they got to Roberts before the Obamacare decision with some damaging info and pressured him into voting with them.

Wow...
"He even claimed that these spy agencies had manipulated voting in Florida during the 2008 presidential election, where illegal tampering resulted in helping Obama to win the White House."

If true, Roberts should immediately turn in his robe. Compromising the law and every constitutional responsibility you have to protect your reputation is unforgivable. If you were willing to do whatever it was to get you blackmailed in the first place, own it and suffer the ignominy personally, don't punish an entire population for your personal frick up.

I don't even know if I believe it's true but Roberts is a reliable conservative vote on the court except for this one very high profile time.

No different than Watergate....

Even so this was still hard to overlook. It is like saying "He is an excellent teacher, except for the time he was caught banging one of his underage students." Honestly, we would not be going through this whole mess we are today trying to repeal Obamacare had it not been for his horrific ruling.
