Possibly but my guess is this is tactical preservation, not strategic evolution.

This unfortunately is the reality of Washington D.C. No amount of "reforms" or new blood is going to change it. I'm afraid we've got to the point that violence is the only way D.C. will actually change. It's a shame that it's come to this.

I hope Elon and others flex their muscle and force these votes to be made public so our ELECTED officials can justify their reasoning for voting for them.
