I'd like to ask the downvoters, would you rather:

1) a person that drops every slur on the planet and tells some of the worst racist jokes you can imagine in their private life (family, close circle of friends), but in their public life treats everyone equally and is nothing but kind and friendly to minorities in all other instances.

OR

2) a person that publicly uses all the proper and accepted buzzwords, and eschews and criticizes what most rational people would consider nothing (and certainly not racist), but quietly (and sneakily) makes sure to keep any minorities from being hired, or advancing in their business and quietly prevents them from moving into their neighborhood?
