I'm shocked there isn't a reference to admiralty court and it being the wrong flag flying in the court room.
I think the vast majority of J6 prosecutions are extremely heavy-handed and unwarranted but this is insane.

Here this person 'pranks' strangers by simply taking their drink from them and look at their reactions. No one fights back. They just allow it to happen.

Most people aren’t confrontational and won’t off on somebody for something minor like a bottle of water if surprised. I’d like to think I’d knock the hat off that motherfricker though if he did that to me. Notice too he’s also choosing people that aren’t threatening.

My first guess is that people are wondering if they know the person and if this some prank. Then of course, they have been conditioned to not overreact to something a “minority“ does to them. For “reasons.
