Why are they pushing the justice department as independent?

No one cares what Frist thinks. Wasn't this the guy that NT74 interned for, was a page boy for?

Something fishy how he left politics. I recall some funny money issues and he dumped his wife for a young piece of arse. Swamp creatures will do swamp things

a poster points it out

yeah thats really not accurate, but hey, its you.

the poster is stating as fact that Mueller is covering up crimes and claims to know what he is investigating.

neither of which he has evidence for.

Hmmm. It's almost as if both major political parties are rooting for Mueller to Oust the Orange Outsider from the Oval Office!

But that's impossible, right? Because the Republican Party is against everything the Democratic Party stands for, right?

There's no UniParty devoted to Globalist Internationalism, is there?

That's just lunatic talk, right?

None of which have anything to do with Trump, the Trump campaign, or any sort of collusion (which isn't a crime anyway).

Frist is so far off base on this one.
He should be telling people to protect Trump not honest Bob.

I don't believe Congress can "protect" Mueller anyway. The Justice Department is part of the Executive, not the Legislative, and thus POTUS can fire non civil service employees (IE those who serve at his pleasure such as the AG and Deputy AG) and there is nothing Congress can do to stop it, what is it with these Congress critters trying to usurp the President's authority?

They COULD pass another Independent Prosecutor law, but they would have to overcome an obvious veto , so that isn't going to happen, AND that law would not apply to Mueller anyway.

If Trump wanted to fire Rosenstein today and replace him with an acting Deputy AG who absolutely positively let everyone know that he was going to fire Mueller once appointed, thee is ZERO Congress could do to stop it.
