People born here are legal even if their parents came here illegally. All the whites moved out. The remaining however many Hispanics who are legal voted. The end.

That and all the illegals voting explains it perfectly

Can you explain the map please? Are those Presidential results?

That does account for a portion, but not all.

You probably shouldn't be posting on this board.

I'm guessing you were the one who quickly downvoted me with no reply....
So here's a reply to your non-reply
Texas voting law
Voters who do not have any of those documents and cannot “reasonably obtain” them can still cast a vote if they sign a form in which they swear that they have a “reasonable impediment” from obtaining appropriate identification. Those voters will also have to present one of the following types of ID:
Valid voter registration certificate
Certified birth certificate
Copy or original of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck or other document that shows the voter’s name and address (any government document that contains a voter’s photo must be an original)

K but that still doesn't answer my question.
I'm not from Texas. Are those counties? Voting districts? Are those 2016 results? Cruz's Senate race results from last time? State legislature? Maps like that typically have some text or a key off to the side to give this information.

You're purposely being obtuse. You can't actually be this dense.

We need to get rid of the anchor baby law. The is no more room at the inn.

Do you think those blue areas just turned blue a few years ago?

Not necessarily. Illegal immigration has been going on for decades.

What are you talking about?
I never said anything about when the blue started happening. I know its been going on awhile but what difference does it make? It actually makes my point even stronger.

The border counties have been poor, Hispanic dems forever.

Don't know why no one would just answer you, you're asking a legitimate question. You could've just googled it though...
ETA - I think THIS map says more than the one in the OP

No it doesn’t. There’s been no change in those counties.
