For those that feel "offended" by political incorrectness...note Yu Darvish's statement

Complete class act. That is how you act....not like a damn fool.

ETA. Darvish's statement:

No one is perfect. That includes both you and I. What he had done today isn’t right, but I believe we should put our effort into learning rather than to accuse him. If we can take something from this, that is a giant step for mankind. Since we are living in such a wonderful world, let’s stay positive and move forward instead of focusing on anger. I’m counting on everyone’s big love.

Darvish's reaction is what people throughout the world normally do. Because the US is so "programmed" to pull the racism flag, it seems like he being the bigger man but he's really not. He's being true to himself.

As a military person whose lived in Japan for years, I can honestly tell you, Darvish's words are truthful and it's not an act. The Japanese are without doubt (IMO) the most respectful people in the world.

Who cares? I worked for a Japanese company that partnered with a German company and had offices in the US. There were several high ranking Japanese in the US, but the upper echelon were all Americans. The Japanese were never anything but respectful. If you did your job well, you were treated as well as anyone else. The Germans were far more arrogant than any of the Japanese. I wish more Americans acted like the Japanese.
