Man I've read some stupid shite on TD thru the yrs ,but I think Jazzy 's shite ranks close to the top. Let's see ,open Borders to America, ohh I say we'd get at least 10 million a yr. Jazzy. If the borders were opened like you suggest , how many people would be arriving everyday? I've got a novel concept, secure the borders then create a path ,like there is now ,for these people to become an American. Because that's what you do,the path how teaches people about America and what it means to be one. One of my best Friends is from Jordan ,it took him years but he finally was sworn in as an American and it was one of the proudest days of his life. He flys the American flag ,he is a business owner who has worked his arse off. Iin the world of unicorns and fairies in which you must live,having millions upon millions showing up here with nothing would all have a happy ending. But reality is if we opened our borders We'd be living on top of eachother. As my friend did,Im all for someone taking the path to American citizenship ,color of skin doesn't matter to me. That's all I have to say.

we should still be an open immigrate country, but one where you go through a process to enter, not an open border policy where you just walk across...

if we truly had an open border, anyone come as you want, we would see tens of millions all come at once, overwhelming the system
