TL;DW - it's not really a single person or even a group, it's many, many groups supporting one another through the same infrastructure even if they don't agree with one another.

The video was more to expose how they operate (sharing resources like accounting, assistance in filing for 501(3)(c) status, setting up for and processing online donations, applying for federal grants and such, payroll services, etc), how far the reach is and to underscore how the reason they have been able to do so much with so little is that they don't give into infighting (despite disagreeing on basic things like even the definition of socialism) like conservative groups do.
