I dont disagree with this at all.

But some cops do not want to be filmed from any distance and will use intimidation, threat of arrest or even arrest to prevent it.

Those cops are bullies and deserve to lose their qualified immunity

Easy peasy.

Don't assault them or arrest them unless they break the law.

They can't make a good cop break the law, but I agree they do entice the bad ones to violate their rights.

Look at them the same way cops use a bait car.
