Culture is also a choice, hence if it were purely downstream from genetics, all black people would be like this.
There are plenty of white and Asian people that subscribe to the same shite culture to varying degrees.
If people could start framing this as a culture problem and not a race problem, progress could be made since race isn’t a choice - culture is.
Unfortunately there’s too much money in racism, so it won’t be “ended” any time soon.
I bet we could get some data nerds to show the rise in YouTube channels dedicated to fighting racism and the amount of money brought in to show this with data.
