Just studied up on the Ombibus Bill and these twerps are full of shite.
The Constitution specifically gave congress the power to raise revenue and how the money is to be spent. The executive branch has no power to appropriate funds not listed in the bill. The bill will state how much CAN be appropriated to a department, "An office wants remodeling? $5,000 is as much as you can use".
These clowns act like the President can use the money however he wishes, and that is as far from the truth as one could ever possibly go.
If the bill specifically says for Planned Parenthood to receive up to 500,000,000 they will get that money. It cant go to a wall. That is a lie.
The spin is tremendous tonight.

And for the sake of conversation, if what they say were even true, that would make the president a defacto dictator which is exactly what we DO NOT WANT. Forefathers never wanted the executive branch to control the money strings. The people represented by congress should.
