I was laughing about a county manager ordering them out. I fully expect an activist federal judge to try it today before 9:30 a.m. their time.

Just need time to de-escalate! Keep in mind, in 2020, riots went on for 120+ straight nights in Portland because Portland followed that same strategy. frickin police stations were firebombed, and police officers were targeted.
That strategy has never worked in any city where it was implemented. If anything it emboldens the rioters... and they escalate their violence, because they know officials and politicians have their backs.
Hell, in kenosha, the rioters were so emboldened that they felt comfortable chasing a 17yr old kid across multiple blocks, trying to very publicly murder him. Because they knew if the kid did die, the officials and politicians of kenosha would immediately twist the shite around so that the mob was the victims, and the kid was an evil nazi. ..and the msm would promote that narrative to the rest of the country. Even though the kid survived, some politicians, officials and msm still did their best to destroy him.
