How is he blocked? Just go in and tell them. If someone arrests you, Trump will pardon.

It sounds like he signed a plea agreement to keep his but out of jail, not a NDA.

What makes you think that? Any evidence or just wishful thinking? Anything on the punlic record about the conviction you allege?

There is no way to draw up an NDA that someone would lose their "freedom" over if they broke it. Not without an underlying crime.

This just isn't true. There can be criminal penalties for releasing information without an underlying crime prior to drafting an NDA. There are several instances I can think of off the top of my head where and NDA contains criminal penalties. Do you have any citation to support your claim to the contrary?

Jesus, I hope he's in the most secure witness protection program the world has ever devised. The Clintons are going to put out a multimillion dollar hit on him.

They can just ignore it - it has to be prosecuted.

Who has standing to bring the suit?? Would it have to have the blessing of the current DOJ to be pursued??

If so, then Sessions (oops - he recused himself) or Deputy could just ignore it completely?

It sounds like he signed a plea agreement to keep his but out of jail, not a NDA. Of course part of the plea agreement could be that he cannot blab what he wants to whomever, especially when it concerns active cases.

Now this makes more sense. - If he blabs, he would be prosecuted for the underlying crime.
