What could be the possible benefit of aerosolizing one of the deadliest viruses in the world if not trying to kill as many people as possible?

I don’t know, but I think we can take off the table the possibility that he was aiming at mass murder.

Fauci was a self-aggrandizing, arrogant fool. These traits led him to play God in the same way the scientists did in the movie Jurassic Park.

Here s what ChatGPT has to say:

“If by “aerosolize Ebola” you mean NIH/NIAID-supported experiments in which infectious Ebola was deliberately delivered as an aerosol to laboratory animals, there was a legitimate research rationale—but it is important to distinguish that from trying to make Ebola naturally airborne in humans.

Fauci was NIAID director from 1984–2022 and oversaw a research portfolio that included Ebola, but I haven’t found evidence that he personally originated a proposal to “make Ebola airborne.”

The principal reasons researchers deliberately aerosolized Ebola were:

* Biodefense. Ebola had long been considered a potential biological-warfare/bioterrorism agent. Researchers therefore wanted to know what would happen if Ebola were intentionally dispersed as an aerosol and inhaled.
* Determine whether inhalation can cause infection. A 1995 US Army study deliberately exposed rhesus monkeys to aerosolized Ebola and demonstrated lethal infection. That work predates the later NIAID Ebola programs and Fauci was not an author.
* Develop/test countermeasures. Later studies used aerosol exposure as an unusually demanding animal “challenge model” for evaluating disease progression and potentially vaccines or treatments. A 2021 rhesus-macaque study explicitly says aerosol animal models are needed to test candidate medical countermeasures.
* Understand an accidental or deliberate aerosol exposure. A 2023 study, for example, investigated very low-dose aerosol exposure because Ebola can potentially be delivered artificially as an aerosol.

There’s an important distinction here: aerosolizing existing Ebola virus experimentally is not the same thing as genetically modifying Ebola so that infected people readily transmit it through the air. NIAID’s own review stated that human-to-human Ebola transmission is primarily through direct contact with infected bodily fluids and that aerosol transmission among humans had not been observed, despite aerosol infection being demonstrated in animals.

There was also a completely different NIAID project involving an aerosolized Ebola vaccine—an inhalable vaccine delivered as a mist—which protected monkeys. In that case, “aerosolized Ebola vaccine” does not mean researchers were spraying infectious Ebola.”

So what is congress going to do about it?

What CAN they do about it? It's already done apparently. We can criminalize gain of function research, but that's already been done too. If our military is doing this via black ops research, not even that will matter.

And yet, he retired with the highest retirement pension in the Federal Government, $400,000 a year.
