This indicates to me that this whole thing is being staged.
* Large, bright yellow vest on every single officer, but not one helmet or any protective gear. This makes them extremely visible, so that nobody can mistake them for being from another agency.

The exact moment any of those protesters laid a hand on the police, they should receive a night stick to the forehead.
