It is, by definition, hearsay.
But it is admissible under an exception to the hearsay rule as a statement by a party.

Again, this is just about digging this hole deeper for Willis/Wade. They provided statements to the court that their relationship didn't start until after she promoted him to DA.
This would take them down for false statements.
They are still fricked for what they did post-2022 and him being overpaid and spending that money on multiple trips together.

How is this relevant to this trial? This is post 2022 when they admitted to the affair.
