Only way to win is passive resistance.
Refuse to convict any federal defendant if you're on a jury. (You should anyway because of innocent until proven guilty and the fact that the FBI is too corrupt to be trusted.)

I’ve been saying this for some time now. The only exception would be if the defendant is clearly guilty AND presents a clear physical threat to the vulnerable in society if released. These type of defendants represent a small fraction of federal cases.

Agree. Plus it would be an even higher level of chess because it would be just enough to lull them to sleep.
They would have a hard time excluding suspected MAGAs as jurors because their only argument would be pro-defense bias.
One case where I would still convict would be those idiots in Georgia. (Unless I wanted to guarantee state prison for them, but I'd discuss that with the other jurors and go along with the consensus.)

Hey FBI and DOJ, you raided the home of the last sitting president, and basically say the reason is too complicated and too secret for anyone to know about. The man has been investigated by the highest levels of fed gov for over 5 years but only now do they have something so damming they cannot speak about it publicly.

I think they are constantly ramping up the pressure and upping the ante in order for something to be triggered in order to justify martial law and gun confiscation.
