Has criminal convictions in US, no connection to Swedish security LINK

Fox News continues to focus on the debate about how immigration is breaking Sweden. One guest last night, on Bill O'Reilly's show, described as a ”Swedish defense and national security advisor”, spoke about the problems caused by criminality in Swedish cities and suburbs. But neither the Swedish Defense Ministry nor Foreign Office have heard of the expert. Nils Bildt, who called for an “open and honest” debate on crime, has previously been convicted of a violent offence in the United States.

Whether what Trump said is or isn't happening isn't the point. The point is Fox News, one of the few outlets (only, maybe?) 45 has praised, brought someone on air and sold him as an expert in a field he has no experience and his connections don't exist.

Found this write up, but can't find the actual case info in Virginia's online court system (and I know my away around the site, tbh lol). May have had the case expunged after fulfilling the terms of his sentence.
Very sad for Fox to be using an alleged violent criminal to lecture about violent crime.
