I figured this had been discussed here, but was not able to find it using the search.

Facebook is going on ahead and letting everyone know they are the gatekeepers of truth and only they can let you know what is safe for you to watch.

quote:

The researchers see this program as having real world applications. Their work will give others "tools to better investigate incidents of coordinated disinformation using deepfakes, as well as open up new directions for future research. "

Now video proof won’t even be enough to open people’s eyes. Anything they dont like will be labeled fake, suppressed, and blamed on Russia.

Once the ability to prove something with video evidence is erased, whats left? How do you ever convince the “other side” the people they worship are corrupt?

Dystopian future here we are.

87% of human trafficking through the US is a function of recruiting using Facebook and Instagram.

These platforms are evil. Don’t participate in evil.

Facebook Marketplace is teeming with scammers and fake ads trying to rip off people.

Instead of attempting to clean it up. Facebook is more worried about somebody saying something about the pedophile, the whore, or God forbid their lord and Messiah that skinny little Kenyan piece of shite, Obama

Facebook has already declared themselves judge of what’s acceptable and not, on the basis of their own preferences.

Adding some supposed technical process to the formula now is an attempt to validate what they’ve been doing for a long time. The actual effect won’t change, but they’ll be able to say “It’s not us; it’s the technology.”

My grades improved drastically when I began grading my own tests.

And BTW don't use FB or any other Zuckerberg product. Anything you type into there will be stored on their servers for all eternity.

Just like my wit and wisdom on the poliboard is being stored goodness knows where
