You have to give up a few things to continue talking and negotiating for real disarmament.

It's either agree with POTUS' outstanding term so far, or sound delusional by objecting in ridiculous ways.

Since the 1990s North Korea has signed more than a dozen denuclearization agreements and then broken every one of them after receiving concessions. Only a fool would expect this one to be any different. But, hey, it's a great photo-op.

It’s because the morons before Trump released sanctions based on a commitment to denuclearize.

Either “side” claiming Victory or Failure is equally myopic and using bias confirmation.
Nothing agreed to here materially changed anything ( Yet).
There is an opportunity. But, if Kim reneges, it is not as if the “war games” are somehow vanished forever.
Those upset that there is a “deal” are advocating continuing to do the same thing and expecting a different result.
Also, claiming that NOKO has agreed before and not come through ignores the fact that Trump is a bit of a wild card. I’m not scared of the ‘rational’ dude. He will bluster but not hit me. The ‘crazy’ dude scares me more. So, to the extent that Trump is not the ‘rational politician’ may just work in his favor here.
There is a CHANCE things can change. I am all for Trump having taken that chance and let’s see how it goes. No ‘concession ‘ made is permanent if NOKO is acting in bad faith.
And the “legitimizes” screed is silliness
