Why do we even have a congress anymore?

President can just unilaterally move into a sovereign country not a direct military threat without any sort of congressional approval in the middle of the night and take the president into us custody?

We know Maduro is a bad guy but you trust a democrat with that sort of unchecked power????

Maduro is facing charges in the US. He no longer has support. He’s been handed over to us by the new opposition government. This was a joint operation. You don’t fly in with a few dozen choppers and kidnap a dictator in under 3 hours without some inside help.
