What happens if the prosecutors withhold exculpatory evidence? Is that irregular?

Barr and Durham should charge them with criminal conduct. Then suddenly, it would all go away.

In reality the DOJ should drop the Flynn case and charge his son for the crimes he committed.

Aw damn, all the DOJ has to do is drop the case against Flynn and that would make it go away? Well I'll be.

You're not really grasping what's going on here it appears.

Big Mike Flynn? Soon as this pesky reelection's outta the way Trump can just take care of it with a full pardon.

That’s true. But that would likely lead to any unethical conduct by DOJ and/or Van Grack being buried

So the only justification for Sullivan doing any of this is the idea that he should receive proof the DOJ is punishing people that wronged Flynn and the court. Even if he hasn’t received what he wants from the DOJ it is not justice to keep holding Flynn in this situation.

That is the argument as I understood it, but I am no expert. Why is Flynn being punished for the wrongs of the DOJ twice?

Judge Sullivan is acting like a prosecutor, not a judge.

That was my point.
