This is a great idea. I hasve read manga every week for the past 7 years.
I read Naruto, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, My Hero Academia, Berserk, One Piece, Shigeru, etc.

I have no idea of how credible the claim is, but I talked to a former Army medic who said they were the ones who administered the peepee tests, and that he (and others) subverted the process, given their authority. Any credibility to that being possible?

It was my understanding, now this is just what I was told, that all samples are tested by a private company in some central location. The samples are collected by NCOs, known as "meatgazers", at the unit level. Not medics(unless are a medic unit).

In the Marines the unfortunate battalion Drug and Alcohol NCO had to visibly verify 700 bottles filled with urine that came from the appropriate biological process.
No idea how the WM's did it.
