This has nothing to do with principle. It is all about subversion of DJT. It is why they move from one topic to the next. The pink hair weirdos and cat ladies are just the pawns to be sacrificed for the cause.

Remember: Immigration judges are administrative and are not part of the judicial branch.
That is the "due process". Anytime one of these federal district judges steps on an immigration judges ruling they are actually circumventing or intervening (which they have that right/duty) the due process as congress laid out. But even though they have that right, it is still interrupting the due process.

I am going to channel my inner SFP.
The reason Obama “deported” 3 million is because they changed the definition of deported.
They started including turn aways at the border who were never processed into the US or went through deportation hearings. They just got caught sneaking in and were immediately sent back.
Hence the “mostly true” ratings from Snopes, if you read their actual explanation it likely explains this.
Can’t you mother frickers start one god damn thread here that is not just a copy paste job from some rage influencer on X? Would it kill you to take 1 minute before posting to look at the tweet/image/whatever and do your very own personal fact check? With Grok and ChatGPT it doesn’t require any brain power or sifting through 3 pages of Google search results.
Edit:
Looks like I am the idiot and should have taken my own advice. Ooops.

Yes, during Barack Obama’s presidency (2009–2016), over 3 million people were deported, with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data reporting approximately 3.2 million formal removals. This figure excludes “returns” (voluntary departures or border turnbacks), which push the total number of deportations and returns to over 5 million. Regarding judicial oversight, about 74% of these removals (ranging from 58% to 84% annually, peaking in 2012–2013) were “summary removals” conducted through expedited removal or reinstatement of removal processes. These procedures, handled by immigration officers rather than judges, typically did not involve a court hearing, meaning most deportees did not have the opportunity to plead their case before an immigration judge. This aligns with the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) context, which references funding for deportations of up to 1 million people annually, suggesting a continuation of high-volume deportation strategies, though the OBBB emphasizes border security and enforcement funding rather than judicial process reforms. Critics of Obama’s policies, as noted in sources, highlighted the lack of due process in these summary removals, often targeting individuals without criminal records, which led to his “deporter-in-chief” moniker.

I was aware of the differences and did some digging, but couldn't find a straight answer.
To compare apples to apples, how many did Obama deport under the "new" definition of deported?
