All it takes is an EO. Ann Coulter solved this riddle long ago. It all comes from a footnote in a SCOTUS decision - that is meaningless. It is not anchored to the 14th Amendment, which has been laid out in detail, time after time after time.
Even if this is correct you’d need an amendment to prevent Dems granting citizenship whenever they have the oval office.

No where in Oklahogs post did he insinuate Lakens killer was shielded by diplomatic immunity, nor did i in my response.
Why did you add that to the discussion?
Because diplomats only have immunity due to their status of not being subject to the jurisdiction of the US.
In order to claim children of illegals aren't citizens, you have to argue....they're not subject to the jurisdiction of the US.

You have to argue that?

But not all diplomats have blanket immunity. Blue List diplomats are subject to the jurisdiction of the US unless acting in an official capacity. So their limited immunity is granted to them by Congress, not the Constitution. Likewise White List diplomats are granted full immunity, by an act of Congress.
So I can argue that Congress has never granted immunity to illegal immigrants.
