I had no idea that this would be televised. Arguably the most-talented Cabinet any President has ever had. Surely the Founding Fathers would be proud of this group of Patriots. 
Scheduled for 11 AM EST, but I'm sure that everybody here is familiar with "Trump Time" by now.

And how many open or private cabinet meetings did Biden have over his 4 years, centering in the last 2.. the transparency of Trump must be maddening to the legacy media.

Yeah, Brandon the Puppet hardly ever held a Cabinet meeting. Makes sense, since Barry, Valerie, and Donna Rice were calling the shots. They were either 5 blocks away or else on Martha's Vineyard.

Who is filming the meeting? Do they rely on a White House feed?

I'm sure it's a White House feed. RSBN is covering it. They just said there's a chance they might not make it available until after they've done.
What they're showing right now is actually from yesterday.

This is misleading. The Cabinet meeting won't be shown live. A recording of it will be made available by the White House at some time in the future.
So, unless it's a very short meeting, I don't know if we will see it before noon EST.

I got my onformation straight from RSBN. RSBN thought it would be live, and they're now saying it could either be live or made available later.

It isn't RSBN's fault. The White House sometimes goes live, and sometimes they make it available later.
As good as RSBN has been to Trump, the WH really should let them know whether it will be live or recorded.
