False....unless you want to provide link to your source. Try dropping that figure by about 96% home slice

You should be able to challenge the arresting officer to a game of darts to see if you’re too drunk to drive.

First, our rules are not harsh if you compare the punishment with other countries that take this seriously.

In Norway the fine for drunk driving is something like 10% of your annual salary and 12 month suspension of your driving privilege. No exceptions, you are t driving. If you make the equivalent of $20K, $200K, or $2M annually the 10% fine hits you hard. UK is also 12 months... no exceptions. Get a second DWI and you are going to jail. Our stuff in the states is nothing really.

BLM > MADD

New Skoo > O Skoo

We should ignore drunk drivers. Drunk driving laws ensnare the most vulnerable in our nation, people of color. If we can save just one life...

Drunk driving should be legal.

No victim means there is no crime.

Public intoxication laws encourage drunk driving imo. You can and will be arrested for sleeping it off in your own car. Imagine how many less people would drive home drunk if they knew they could pass out in their car and drive home the next morning without having to worry about getting arrested.

I have no problem with tough laws for superdrunk or repeat offenders. But, I think it's gotten a little out of control lowering the limits.

It's called responsibility & self control.
You wouldn't know about such things.

Who is the victim?

Do you support all victimless crimes?
