The last official news release I saw on this said the only "families" that have not been reconnected are those where the adults dumped the kids and walked away.
It was suspected that everyone of them was a case of child dumping and the adults who dumped the kids weren't really the parents of those kids......just mules using the kids as an excuse to cross the border.
Hillary still just can't accept she lost.....
