Peterson isn't an atheist. As others mentioned, he's a self proclaimed "pragmatic Christian" who is on his way to becoming Christian. He had a master class type special with several academics discussing Christianity and the Bible, and the positive influence of Christianity.

Peterson isn't, and hasn't professed to be, a Christian.

His wife converted. He has not.

He's been given ample platforms to say as much, but he will not. As long as he's connected to Ben Shapiro, he's not going to do so, either. Peterson really likes being the Third Rail. He wants to be taken seriously by the intellectual types, while also being seen as a thought leader on the right. If he converts, he loses face with the intellectuals. If he doesn't, he loses his base to Owens and the emerging Christian right.

He'll find himself being abandoned by both. I have a lot of respect for Peterson, and can honestly say I used to read a lot of his work and watch his college lectures. He's not the same man he once was.

Here is the problem. Candace and conservative grift inc want you to believe the debate is about whether “Christ is King is anti semetic”

Of course it’s not. Are there some bad actors who are trying to make that point, especially Jewish bad actors? Of course.

It is a ridiculous argument to make but Candace wants every argument against her framed within that narrative. That’s why she keeps saying “They are trying to divide Christians.” When in reality most people are just calling her out for what she is. A grifter who drifts from issue to issue and milks it for all it’s worth.
