Are you serious or sarcastic? That attack didn't do shite but waste money. The Syrian regime used chemical weapons on civilians in East Ghouta as recently as a couple of weeks ago without any international outcry.

I've given practically no thought to this parade, and yet I was informed by several sources (you can invest the time to verify them) that tanks would not be an option for the parade, "if" the parade occurs.
