As far as truth goes.
The search warrant that was served on her, has the longer name, with her family name being listed the same as her brother's. The name "Ilhan Omar" is listed as an AKA, or an alias.

It raises some very, very big questions as to the vetting process.
AFAIK, to run for office, you apply, and have a party backing you. And unless the bureaucrats find reason to block you, or you don't fill the paperwork out right or get it in on time, name can go on the ballot.

Edit: Or if running via a grassroots campaign, there's the option of trying to get people to vote for you via write-in on the ballot.

Like I posted in the original name thread... they must have rock solid info to be putting this out there as fact now.

Pirro was on Fox last night making the same claim.

One thing that Trump is wrong about, she didn't have children with her "brother". Her kids are from the other marriage.
