Notice how the democrats never do specify the procedures in place to prevent fraud. Their proof that it doesn't happen is "it doesn't happen".
Every time a state cleans up its voter rolls huge numbers of names are removed. Now they want to send a ballot to every name on the rolls. Are they all doing a cleanup at the last minute?
