The Dems are definitely going after Trump's children. Mueller is their attack dog. Barron had better watch out what he says and does in school. They'll indict him too if they think it might chase Trump out of office.
The Dems now think that the US electorate gave them the green light to relentlessly attack Trump and his kids. We'll see if it backfires. So far, the attacks against Trump have won control of the House for the Dems.

Again, Mueller is a special counsel, not a special prosecutor and as such he can't indict anyone. He doesn't have the authority to do so, and Rosenstein couldn't given him that authority if he wanted to.
Mueller can only RECOMMEND indictments.

I want the civil war to start. Once it starts, we can eliminate problems in this nation. You frickers keep it up what you’re doing and that’s where this will lead. We will not live under one party communist rule like in China. The day is coming. It may be a decade from now but it’s coming and I for one can’t wait until it starts. We won’t be the first to strike but make no mistake, we will not lie down and have everything taken from us by democrats.
