Actually, now that I think about it, makes sense that Lin would be the next deer in the headlights.

I guess Trump will have to wait his turn. After the impeachment.

I enjoyed your post, thanks! Philosophy was one of my favorite courses in college. It should be taught in Junior High School and throughout high school, imho.

It should be required to graduate.

I learned this AFTER college, since it's not something they teach as a part of an accounting degree or a masters in taxation program.

Now, it's second nature. When I start reading an article, if the start of the article has logical fallacies, I recognize them immediately and can keep reading or move on.

It's amazing how many morons can read that AP article or Forbes article and say, "See! Here's proof!" when the article is just content-free garbage.

Here's what I got:

quote:

“Plaintiffs have made only a claim but have offered no evidence to support their assertions.”

News.com

Here's what you got:

quote:

They proved, for instance, that numerous people in WI voted under the "indefinitely confined" voting category, then posted photos of themselves on vacations

Thrown out.

quote:

“At the end of the day, nothing in this case casts any legitimate doubt that the people of Wisconsin lawfully chose Vice President Biden and Senator Harris to be the next leaders of our great country,”

PBS Wisconsin

quote:

Prove that they were debunked, down to the audits and vote counts.

See link above. details each case.

quote:

largely been rejected

Again, link above.

quote:

Which has no bearing on the truth of his reports.

First would require there to actually be any truth.

Stay tuned for the court cases. Gonna be fun!

False. More idiocy from you. I might have it in me to tear apart one more idiot articles that you cite, but you've already shown you can't read an article and tell fallacy from fact.

You're full of shite

Now, I can keep proving you a lying idiot all day, if you want.

Things we know FOR A FACT about Dominion machines:

1) Easy to switch votes - large batches of votes, without property security checks.
2) Counts votes in fractional votes - no place for that in voting software.
3) Data logs are easily erased or possibly even set to not log.

That's just a non-controversial list of facts.

All debunked.

The claim: Dominion Voting Systems deleted votes for Donald Trump, switched votes to Joe Biden

quote:

OAN’s Lilia Fifield made the claim on air earlier this week, per a clip on Mediaite.

"Election systems across the country are found to have deleted millions of votes cast for President Trump," she said. "According to an unaudited analysis of data obtained from Edison Research, states using Dominion Voting Systems may have switched as many as 435,000 votes from President Trump to Joe Biden, and the author also finds another 2.7 million Trump votes appear to have been deleted by Dominion including almost one million truckloads in Pennsylvania alone."

quote:

The OANN report referred to an "unaudited analysis of data" obtained from an election monitoring group called Edison Research.

However, the company's president, Larry Rosin, said: "Edison Research has produced no such report and we have no evidence of any voter fraud."

OANN did not provide any evidence to back up its claim.

quote:

Government, experts agree: There were no deleted or changed votes, including by Dominion

A national coalition announced Thursday that there is no evidence that any voting software deleted or changed votes in last week's election, per USA TODAY.

In fact, the security group — which includes the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Association of State Election Directors — described the election as "the most secure in American history."

"There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised," the coalition concluded.

The claim: Counts votes in fractional votes - no place for that in voting software.

quote:

No, Dominion systems do not support fractional or "weighted" voting.

The claim: Data logs are easily erased or possibly even set to not log.

quote:

Wherever paper ballots are used, officials can check behind the machines with recounts and audits to find out whether the software was honest. The hand audits done in Georgia, plus recounts in Dane and Milwaukee counties in Wisconsin and in Antrim County, Mich., found no evidence of hacking, and confirmed Biden wins (in Georgia and the Wisconsin counties) as well as a Trump one (in Antrim County).

Thrown out.

quote:

In a 4-3 ruling written by conservative-backed Justice Brian Hagedorn and joined by the court’s three liberal-backed members, the court said instead of seeking to cancel people’s votes after they were cast, the campaign should have challenged the rules voters and clerks relied on before the election. Most of those rules have been in place for several previous elections and apply statewide.

“The challenges raised by the Campaign in this case — come long after the last play or even the last game; the Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began,” Hagedorn said, drawing a sports analogy. “Striking these votes now — after the election, and in only two of Wisconsin’s 72 counties when the disputed practices were followed by hundreds of thousands of absentee voters statewide — would be an extraordinary step for this court to take. We will not do so.”

You aren’t going to convince them. They are only concerned with narrative. Truth and facts are nebulous constructs to be accepted or rejected based on emotion and faith.

1.3 bil for a company nobody knew about and a company still being used? Seems insane.

youre right, its insane that we all know the name of a voting machine company, and the ONLY reason we do is because of Rudy and Sidney and trump and others accusing them of fraud.

unless they have proof of that this is as clear as defamation will ever get.
