I think that proving that Dominion has no way to track what came in and how it was changed basically strangles that attempt in the crib.
Do they have time stamped backups of their code showing what it looked like on Election Day? Can a forensic audit team use that code and the voting totals from states to reproduce the totals exactly? If someone were to hook up a voting machine using that code and experiment with exact vote totals processed through that code, would you get identical results that are accurate?
If the answer to any of these is no, I think Dominion loses the case because they can’t show their machines and code to be reliable.

The amount of votes that were adjudicated was astonishing and there is zero audit trail for this stuff. The system was set up for fraud to occur. If we do not change the non accountability we are in for some bad times.

this is about proving them all wrong...guarantee these never go to trial, and instead end in settlements wherein rudy, sidney, etc have to publicly state that they have no evidence
