Here’s the thing, I know you’re not as stupid as you pretend to be
Upon what do you base your disqualification?
Note: this has already been litigated to the Alaska Supreme Court

So - do you really think this fake Sullivan is a real candidate?
You support a direct action by the democrat party to dilute the voting base?
not worth having this debate -
Its not about supporting it.
They totally got this guy to run because of the name similarities
That doesnt deny the fact that hes a valid candidate under Alaska State law as proven by the highest court in the Alaska judicial system
People in Alaska want to change state law for the next go round? Sure. However idk how you would rewrite state law to prevent two people with the same first and last name running
The voter ballot clearly has the real Sullivan listed as incumbent.
This is a reeeeeeallllly stupid hill to die on you guys

Pretty sure this is a follow up suit to the earlier suit where the court said something to the effect that there was no cause at that time because there was no damage because the election had not occured yet.

Weak deflection as you know that is not the issue at hand. The issue at hand has not been decided as you suggested. IE you didn't answer squat
