i.e. Van Grack, DOJ Lawyer, made a "Mistake" on who wrote which notes for the interview.
- This is where is whole Russia Gate BS starts to unravel in front of the American People's eyes.

It’s good for Flynn- but I hope it’s not dismissed because “the prosecution fricked up”.
The bigger story here is the 302s were edited by someone who wasn’t present.
THAT needs to be the story why it’s dismissed.
Then we investigate that.

Flynn's attorney saying they aren't seeking a dismissal or an overturn. They are seeking justice. Sure seems they plan to pursue this until the truth comes out and Flynn is deemed 100% innocent.

She's been not so subtly shitting on his previous attorneys (the ones that talked him into taking the plea), noting they were ridiculously conflicted.
