Sophomoric question here. Am I correct to assume a new President in 2025 could be privy to this information. I mean say the POTUS sends a delegate or Chief of Staff to FBI HQ, and says jump, they are to say how high, right?

He didn't just try to provoke people to go into the Capitol as if they were Kavanaugh protestors, he laid a trap by taking down fencing and restricted signs at the most strategic place to entrap people coming from the rally.
