conveniently a stance you only take when a Republican is in office, right?

TIL the Chief Executive of the Executive Branch does not hold sufficient power to manage the Executive Branch.

Let’s just say our system has had many many years to fortify itself
DJT or any one person is not going to single handedly upend and destroy “the swamp”.
We need a Congress that actually performs its intended role. If you don’t like insane Progs and thumb twiddling RINOS, that’s up to us as voters to elect more MAGA friendly Reps and Senators.
If we put a Dem or GOPe type back in the WH in ‘28, then that’s on us.
If we don’t like our country being ruled by judicial decree that’s on us again electing people to Congress who will do something about it.
We the people are largely responsible for the people we have put in Washington DC over the decades. Many Americans can’t be bothered to vote in smaller elections down to the local levels. Chickens have finally come home to roost and we started having our eyes opened since around 2016 that we have a mess on our hands.
For those who expect a quick fix there’s only one way that would ever happen and I don’t think many people have the stomach or desire for what that would entail.
So stay motivated and vote in every election big or small that you can. Making changes at the grassroots local levels will eventually work its way up.

It’s called checks and balances. You learned it in school if you went, which being a Trump supporter means that’s a toss up. The Executive Branch is trying to overstep their authority and is getting checked by the Judicial Branch. This is exactly why the government exists the way it does.
What President TACO doesn’t realize is that the courts are saving him from himself, but he’s just too stupid to realize it.

Does the president even have any power?
We were always led to believe this was the case...until the trifecta of election victories of Golden Don only meant obstruction and impotence at every turn.
Apparently there are "powers" within the global-corporate throne that trump Trump and the destiny of all.

Unfortunately, Congress created many of these issues (spending, size/scope of government).
Which means only they can really fix it.
USAID is a great example. Congress refused to defund it. At least so far.

Trump as a dictator is a better system than what we currently have
I’d welcome it honestly - at least for a little bit so he can clean things up
