Unlikely. That will be for the appellate courts. If it doesn’t continue to be delayed, he will likely get some sentence that does not include jail time that is then stayed pending appeal. Trump probably succeeds on appeal.

that's the NYC mayor, Adams.

The gov. of NY recently called all Trump voters Anti-American so I doubt she will pardon.

He can't start the appeal (not to be confused with evidentiary hearings/appeals) until he is sentenced.
