Phil Scott is basically a democrat so he’d probably appoint a dem to “honor the voters intentions” or some such bs. Either that or dredge up an “independent” that would caucus w/ democrats anyway...

What a clown show. The idea that Leaky Leahy who has likely gotten people killed with the secrets he has revealed through the years would be in charge of anything dealing with ethics is unbelievable. But again it’s just typical Democrat hypocrisy.
