Do state governments have a plan?

Or are they just lying to their constituents? Do people in California really believe that the lock down will end on April 30th? Are their citizens ready to be quarantined for 3-6 months?

I 100% think solid blue cities and states will milk this for all its worth

i have been telling people JBE has been lying to us for weeks now
people originally called it "being emotional" and then got upset b/c i said Nola was about to become possibly the epicenter of this disease in the US. they tried to tell me i was jealous and that "people in Lake Charles have it too!"

Their plan is to cripple the economy through September. If anyone claims that this isn't true, they're naive or flat out lying.

um, how?
name one time in the recorded history of this state or country where this has ever been tried.
because if you can't point to it ever being done successfully, then at best, you're guessing that this will work.

Indeed they will.
The rest of America is going to go back to work and these places will stay on lockdown and ask for extensions to federal benefits to sit inside and do nothing.
