Now that Trump is officially running for ‘24, should we expect Biden and/or Garland to be impeached?? I mean, it’s only fair, right?

Are Impeachment proceedings the same as presidential ones?
Does the Senate have to vote as well or can the House kick them out?
The reason I ask is these F'ers like Garland, Wray, Myorkis weren't elected.
