Didn’t Biden’s campaign admit yesterday he met with Burisma official?

I thought I read in here yesterday that Biden had come out and admitted he may have run into the Burisma guy even though it wasn’t on his official schedule.
Does anyone have a link to that? Apparently today he is denying meeting him and I wanted to share a link to his admission yesterday with someone.

He could come out and admit that he met with him for the purpose of committing specific crimes and it would not matter.

- if he did meet with him, it was only for a few minutes and they definitely did not stay long enough for dessert .

First it was - It couldn't have happened since we didn't see it match up on his schedule from the time.
Then it became - It certainly doesn't appear to have happened but we can't rule out a short personal meeting.
It's like they're scared to be caught in a lie that could be exposed.
