My suggestion is turn off Fox and other MSM news outlets and listen to War Room, you'll learn about things that are coming your way weeks and months before they materialize.

I read about Nevada yesterday. It's actually very confusing. They have traditionally held a caucus but their legislature passed a law within the past few years to establish a primary. However the state GOP is still holding a caucus. They are actually held on two separate days. The list you posted is for the primary.
I don't understand the inside baseball on it but one thing I read is that Pence is forgoing the caucus to focus on the primary instead, due to a lack of resources needed for the caucus. Drumpht and Meatball are doing the caucus.

I hardly ever watch cable news. War Room is a sad joke at this point. Remember when Rich Baris said he heard from people present in the room that Ron told donors that he wasn't running? Lol

So it looks like this is the deal: The RNC is a private corporation. The GOP "caucuses" in NV are not state sanctioned. That is the NV Secretary of State is not running these elections. The NV GOP presidential caucuses are being run by the NV GOP. This is were the delegates are determined preliminary to the RNC convention. I searched the NVGOP to check to see if there was a deadline to get on the NVGOP caucus ballot. I could not find a deadline: LINK
