Did Y’all Watch Turtle? He Went To Work On The Media With A Blowtorch

He was clearly proud of the bill and the work that went into it.

First question was why didn’t the public have more access to the debate and more time for input.

He responded, “Do you work here?”

Uhh, yes sir.

“I couldn’t tell from your question. This bill is just like all others. We debated it on the floor for everyone to watch if they wanted. Whether on tv or radio or whatever. This is how things work here.”

Second question was about how Turtle was critical of Pelosi and how it sounded like he felt she should have no input.

Turtle began responding how that was not the case. Reporter interrupted and began talking...

Turtle: “Quiet. I’ll answer for myself. I don’t need you to answer for me.”

Long awkward silence with a steely stare.

Just kept going on.
