No, I don't believe so.
I do think that he made a comment about his largest life accomplishment being betting on the great recession of 2008 where he profited greatly.
But a lot of billionaires came out of that much richer. They're just polite enough not to say it.

Soros has a knack for selling the peaks and buying the dips. I guess if you have enough cash you can pay people to cause the dips. It really doesn't take that much. A million here and a few million there to profit billions.

Actions speak louder than words. Whether he said it or not isn’t as important as the fact that he is actually trying to do it. A lot of people want to destroy us both from here and abroad. They are at war with us and we can’t ignore them anymore. We at at a tipping point.
