Here is what is going on. Do ya'll remember when Obama introduced himself to America by making a speech at a Dem convention with some loser? It catapulted him into the presidency later on.
Conventions are where every want-to-be president launches themselves with a speech.
Well, the Dem convention may not even happen.
Cuomo is doing it now with MUCH more exposure than a convention speech. He is not interested in replacing Biden. Trump is a lock and he knows it. This is all about him running in 2024.
