Kash Patel's confirmation was delayed with Durbin saying all should read Kash Patel's book. He has the votes, but don't rock the boat. It is hard enough they get more pissed by the moment with DOGE.

I dont think sending a letter alleging a crime by a private citizen is covered....honestly dont know but cant imagine durban sending a letter to someone's potential employer and accusing that person of being a criminal and then arguing his speech is protected.

Well thats exactly what I wanted. Glad Kash is doing the job before even getting paid to do so.

We knew push back was coming. What's great is seeing who the hired guns are on all sides. Corps orgs or individuals.
